I have a fience of 6 years that I'm passionately in love with. However recently I have been feeling to leave the relationship because he smokes weed constantly, (3-4 times a day). It doesnt seem to be a way of meditation because right after he plays video games for 2-3 hours. I have put up with it for years and he says he will stop, but to no avail. Am I being annoying? We live in a one bedroom and he smokes and we fight cause I can't simply smell the stink of the smoke. And I cant stand to see money wasted like this daily. Im not saint, but I realize that as my first relationship we have to save in order to have a blessed future. The first thing he does when he wakes for work is smokes weed. They have created this Africian American Advisory Committee. I really don't know who is on this committee but I know that the changes must come from a group that is more engaged in the community than this group. We have to have ways to provide services to our children in the local school from the inside this is a change in how the funds are allocated and who is considered a partner in the educational system. I am concrend because this must be a real effort and I do not believe that this is happening. You can contact the California Department of Education for find out the plan for service providers who want to work in the local schools. Hello
